Shipped Physical Items
What type of services do you offer?
We create handmade and personalized items for all occasions. We specialize in embroidery and button pin making. All button pin designs are available as pinback buttons, keychains, bottle openers, mirrors, and magnets.Â
Do you offer customized and personalized products?
Absolutely! All of our items are made-to-order. There is no minimum quantity required for custom orders. Please use the contact form if you need help designing your custom order.Â
How long does my item take to process?
Our items are custom products that are made to order just for you! As a result, all shipped items at Pick and Poke Designs have a 10 day processing time in addition to carrier shipping time. We try to get orders completed more quickly, but processing time may vary depending on sales and promotions.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, we are only able to ship orders to the US. We plan to expand shipping in the future.
How long will my item take to ship?
Shipping time is based on your location. Please remember, all items are made to order and require an additional 10 day processing time in addition to the carrier shipping time.
Is your business space pet-free and smoke free?
All items are crafted in a home-based business that is very pet-friendly but smoke-free.
Is your business black-owned?
Yes, Pick and Poke Designs is black-owned and women-owned!
Digital Downloads
What file formats do you offer?
The zip file includes the following formats: PES, DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, VP3, and XXX. If you need a different format, please message me before purchasing a file.
Are your embroidery designs tested?
Yes! I personally test all of the designs for sale. If you find a problem with a design, please message me, and I will correct it.
I have an idea for a design. Will you digitize it for me?
I do not offer custom digitizing service at this time. However, you have an idea that you would like added to the shop, please message me, and I will see if I can create it.
